Menstruation: Hydrating & Calming Serum

ALOE BARBADENSIS LEAF JUICE, PROPANEDIOL, GLYCERIN, PENTYLENE GLYCOL, SODIUM HYALURONATE, AQUA, SODIUM CITRATE, CITRIC ACID.

Apply 3-5 drops to cleansed skin and massage in gently. Avoid the eye area (depending on the serum - see bottle label). Use sunscreen during the day.

To know which phase of your cycle you are in, we recommend that you ideally use a cycle tracking app and also observe your skin and signals from your body.

If you haven't been tracking your cycle yet, you can use each serum for 7 days to make things easier until you reach the end of your cycle. Start again with Serum 1 when your period begins.

Bottle: Please dispose of this in a glass container (white glass).

Pipette & Dropper: Please separate the pipette from the dropper and dropper ring to ensure the best possible recyclability. Pull the pipette carefully, but
with a little force from the dropper. Dispose of the glass pipette in the glass container (white glass) and the dropper and dropper ring in the recycling bin.
